What a pain it must be to be a Jet Audio developer.
I know a new release has just occured and with that comes many user problems that probably never showed up during Alpha / Beta testing.
Even tho Jet is a fine program, there are so many variables, there is almost no way to cover everything BEFORE a release. Every install of Windows is different, even on mass produced machines. There are so many different sound cards, formats, video formats, Windows "tweaks", cameras, AntiVirus programs, zillions of possible software additions, the list goes on and on. Cheez, I got a headache just thinking about it.
jetAudio team, I must stand back and tip my hat to you. You generate a good product and you try to take care of ALL your customers (yes, even us non-paying basic users). You look at the forums and you offer suggestions to help or you go after a fix with minimal delay (non-programming user types take heed, there are LOTS of lines of code in even the simplest of programs, real "fixes" may take a bit longer so be patient).
Hats off team and thanx for JetAudio!
