I bought an iAudio M3, charged it and when I tried connecting it to my computer (Windows XP), I got a "USB device not recognized" error message and the LCD remote controller displayed "OK to disconnect". I've tried every other USB port as well as another computer but I'm still getting the same problem. Is it the computer or the M3? What should I do? Any help would be appreciated.
