iAudio 6 screen doesn't work

I just charged it for the first time yesterday. I knew it was charging because I felt the battery get warm, but I got absolutely no sign of life from the screen. I was able to upload music to it, and it plays music. But the screen still does nothing. I get it to play music after blindly playing with the controls. The player is brand new, and I see no visible damage to the screen. Any suggestions on what could be wrong?

1,001 different things, but none of them are user repairable .. I assume you tried 'reset' (wherever that is on this model)? If that doesn't work, then I'd RMA it without delay.

i think your display is not working. you should discuss with your vendor
