I loved jet tool bar.
A couple of issues/comments with 3.8 vs. previous 3.7:
Pluses:
1. New options on Add Category
2. The left/right scrollers when too many buttons in category
Minues:
1. Crashes when adding a new button via Add Button (vs. drag & drop)
2. The special categories like Start Menu, Control Panel, etc. seem to auto-refresh their contents, making them slower (at least this seems to be case, making the Refresh Category menu option redundant). I preferred the manual refresh myself.
Anyway, great toolbar and I hope the minues will be addressed in a 3.8.1 soon.
