Audio CD Ripping - Errors?

Can someone help me with this? When you copy a CD to the hard drive Jet Audio will proceed without a sign of a problem. But listening to some tracks later I get bad files. Could it be copy protection? Is there some kind of error feedback available in the program? Or can you test the WMAs of MP3s which have been produced?

Actually, maybe someone could recommend a program for scanning WMAs which can quickly notice what are potentially bad rips of CD tracks.
