Help - fm radio set to Mhz

This could be a really stupid question but for the life of me I cant switch my radio back to FM from Mhz. this is a major reason why I bought the player, and now (maybe due to me being an eejit), I cant get any stations (or at least any decent stations). help?

The radio should be in Mhz. FM radio is broadcast between 87.8 and 108.0 Mhz. So, when you see a radio station like 92.3, that means the radio station is broadcasting near 92.3 Mhz.
