Language folder for translations

I post my thread here cause its a SUGGESTION for the translation of jetaudio. There are many files to add on the folder of jetAudio to translate it, it could be more useful to make jetAudio to take the translation on a separated folder, like Language...

Wouldn't Developer -> General Discussion do too? There's hardly no devs that post here anyway ... :(
