My cowon D2 doesn't respond suddenly!

It can be started,but it just doesn't respond when i press on the screen and use the button near the screen,i have formated the mp3 and upgrade the firmware but the situation remains unchanged.
it has some responses after upgrading the firmware when i choose the language ,but it doesn't respond again when entering the menu
how can i solve that???

I assume you've tried reset, and you haven't locked the screen out?? If both of those are true, then it's probably a hardware fault and will have to be fixed by the vendor/maker.

Which firmware are you running?

i am using 2.50 version but i have tried downgraded the firmware,it just doesn't get better,i use just a month,it seems expensive to have it repaired,as the retailer said my D2 may need to be shipped for repairing when i ask for help on phone,and it needs a month or even longer,so i just want to see whether i can fix it by myself........really no hope,dude?
