Hi there..kia ora..:D I live in london and have managed to break the screen of my x5.. I'm looking for somewhere to get it repaired locally - or do I have to send it back home to cowon??

Hello and welcome. You can now post in the forum, but a quick answer to your quick Question is that only Cowon are likely to have the parts/expertise to fix the screen. Your retailer may be able to help you get it back to Cowon, otherwise you will have to ship it off to (as far as I know) Korea, since there is no Cowon main agent in the UK any more.

Plan B is to claim on your all risks cover insurance .. if you have any .. of course that won't get you a new X5 ..
