OK...I'm the new kid on the block. What's the deal with JetAudio VX (7.0.2) versus Basic (7.1.1) versus Plus VX? I saw this message on the Download page...

Which version is the biggest bang for buck? Is JetAudio necessarily the best software to use? What's everybody else using that's pretty player friendly?

JetAudio Basic hasn't Extension Pack.

JetAudio VX has one Video Convert Extension Pack including jetAudio 7 Basic only.

Full jetAudio Plus VX has all other Extension Packs including jetAudio 7 Basic.
jetAudio 7 Plus VX Price: ~$29

jetAudio is necessary to use converting video and creating logo for Q5W, X5, A2 and D2.

Alternatives of converting video for Q5W, X5, A2 and D2 are not present.

if you are only looking for video conversion for your D2,
you already have what you need..jetAudio [basic] VX.

if you are interested in encoding mp3/mp3pro, BBE/BBE ViVA sound effects, 32bit sound, dynamic limiter, special [audio] recording software etc, then you go for jetAudio PLUS VX.
BBE/BBE ViVA is the best sound effect IMO.
