I have a modern Dell computer and it doesn't recognize the A3. Yes I used the correct USB connector on the A3 as indicated in the manual.

...and yes, I tried connecting to USB ports on the front and back of the computer. None of them enable the computer to recognize the A3.

Are you connecting the USB cable in the plug closest to the AC plugin on the A3 ?
