how do I change the wallpaper

I just bought my COWON o2 a couple of hours ago. I'm trying to figure out how to change the wallpaper.

When I go to display, wallpaper and turn on wallpaper, it doesn't let me select one. All I see is preview - no image.

Help.

Click the 'Display a popup menu' icon (page 14 in the O2 Pdf manual)
in the picture file browser when you have selected the wallpaper file.
