The MP3 player I just got - iriver IGP-100, great player, but it doesn't support protected WMA's. Does the basic version of jetaudio help resolve this problem or is it only available in the professional versions.

Thanks-

Kevin

I'm completely confused.

Is this an iAudio jetShell subject and not jetAudio?

Why don't you go to the iriver and see if there is an updated firmware.

No, jetAudio can't help you bypass the DRM of WMA files. If jetAudio were able to do this they would have been sued silly by the music industry under the violation of the Digital Millinium Copyrights act.

It looks like to me, the post is about the player not supporting DRM and thus he can't play the music, even if legally.

Yes I understand that. But if jetAudio (the program) were able to bypass the copy protection in the DRM WMA files jetAudio Inc. would instantly be sued.
