How do I access Powerful EQ ?JetEffect?

On the iaudio.com website the M3 features claims there?s a feature within M3 called ?Powerful EQ ?JetEffect??. Does anyone know how I would access this feature on my M3 (40 GB)?

I haven?t installed JetAudio 6 yet, do I need to install this program for the above feature?

No, you don't need jetAudio to access this feature on your iAUDIO. jetAudio and iAUDIO are currently two completely independant programs.
