My brandnew cowon don't recognize files

I've just purchased a cowon from Jetaudio, Inc on amazon and experienced couple issues:

- My computer didn't recog my S9 - no charging signal. After reset a few times, it's work but un-stable.
- When I copy music/video to my Cowon via MSC (allow drag and drop) to folder music. I've unplugged the player and turn it on...No file detected...

Up to now I cannot even play 1 song with that. Anyone can help?

Mine worked great out of the box. Sounds like you may have received a bum unit. I had to RMA mine the day after I got it due to the appearance of a line down the center of the screen, so it happens. Are you using Windows or something else like Linux or Mac?

That's the cable issue. The cable is so #@$#@$
