exe files in Category

I love jet ToolBar and its Drag & Drop capability. I dragged a couple exe files by mistake in the Category section. They don't show when the bar is at the bottom but they appear in the menu when jet ToolBar is in the Tray. I'm trying to get rid of them and I can't figure out how to do it.
