Doesn't Display Japanese Characters

My S9 won't display Japanese characters in the metadata, but they show up in the original filenames. I've updated the firmware to 2.30, too. How can I fix this? It's really bothering me. Thanks to any replies.

i dont know about the file names but if u want to change tags use itunes
