Cannot load the OS

Hi can anyone helpo me . I have a COWON Q5 , it worked for a year but now I do not suceed to start it up. It start to load the OS the red line move till end but them nothing.
I have reset the registry but still does not work.
I also cannot see the device through my PC using the USB port connection.
Anyone can help ? Thanks.

I have the cowon Q5 since november 2008.
I have exactly the same problems.
Do you have resolve this?
If yes. Can you give me the solution.
