M3 totally frozen

For no apparent reason my M3 has just completely stopped working. There is nothing on the remote screen, it won't charge up and the PC can't seem to find it.

The HDD light is fixed green and the mode light is fixed on blue.


Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

try resetting it with a pin on the side of the unit.

thanks terry - tried that and it seems to be working fine now. GLF2710 is my wife by the way, so that's why I am replying!!
