Error messages?

I think JetAudio is supposed to run .asx extensions. I've been trying to run
http://www.hallindseyoracle.com/asx/iib/2004/092904.asx with no luck. JetAudio opens then just sits there and does nothing!. I get to errors or any indication what's wrong.

I remember with RealPlayer it used to say what the problem was! Is there away to figure out what's up! I'm using version 5! Maybe the site is messed up because JetAudio runs other things all the time!.

Well I tried Windows Media Player and it plays it OK! So JetAudio must have a problem! No idea what it is but there must be some kind of problem!

I'm connecting to it fine using v6.0.6.4806.
What does your timer say when it's attempting to connect?

The Timer starts at a negative number then counts up to Zero and then it stops! That's it!

When I have encounter the negative number on timer it has pointed to me not having right codec installed, but you say WMP plays it fine for you so I'm lost as to why.
The target file is encoded by wma 9.1 codec (Windows newest) so possible upgrading to jetAudio 6 or upgrading WMP to solve a registry issue.
