I think we have a class action lawsuit on our hands. I have tried to contact them to replace a defective product to no avail! :mad:

yea, i'm getting the same problem. i tried placing an order for an M3L, but each time it tells me that there's been an error in processing the order. then when i try to email them to inquiry about it, it gets bounced back. anyone know what's wrong? or know of another place to order from?
