Can Jetcast broadcast on an Intranet to a Jet Audio Client without an Internet connection? What would be required to make it possible?

I guess jetCast should work under a LAN, although I haven't heard of anything that achieved it successfully. Just make sure you uncheck the Register this station to... options under Preferences->Server->Directory Server if you don't want jetCast to connect under internet.

Maybe forcing jetCast to use your lan ip under Preferences->Server->Advanced could also help. That way the link to your station should look like http://lan_ip:9000:/listen.pls

yes it does work on a lan but its kinda pointless to do so. you could just share music folders and browes which ever track you so pleased to on your network.
