Instead of using the station directory how can I get my listeners to listen by linking to my ip/port like http://68.226.205.104:8000/listen.pls

Im using the old jetcast server along with sam2 which uses port 8000 and 8001 the link I have above doesnt connect users to my station, is there a way I can do this? Or at least how can I find what number 371451.pls does the jetcast server produces when I start broadcasting? In case the station directory is down?

Have you tried with the default jetCast ports (9000, 9001) instead of 8000?

Try forcing your global ip address on jetCast Preferences->Server->Configure advanced options
