Hmm.

The case for my armband seems to have literally fallen apart.
It was packaged with rips along the side.
It's held together by glue?
Has this happened to anyone else?

I wonder if i'm going to be able to get a replacement for that. Usage of the armband was a big
key factor for me.
Would I have to ship it back?

I checked iAUDIO's support and I only see Technical Support, and Order and Shipment help.

Is there a number or e-mail address I can contact that would be of any help?

If you want to buy a new armband they are avaible at the online store (http://www.jetaudio.com/onlinestore/index.html#accessories)

If you want to ask for a posible repair, you could contact the iaudio staff at the mail/phone you saw in the technical support part (http://www.jetaudio.com/support/customer_support.html) of the support page.

Hope i didn't repeat something you already new :rolleyes:

That sounds for me like a manufacturing error.
I think too, that was NeTo said is the best way. Describe your situation by mail or phone and then I think you should get a new one (maybe you have to sent your one back).

the warranty period of accessories is for six month. if you purchased your iAUDIO within 6 month, we'll give away a new one for your armband.
