I can't find any serial number on my CW200 and I want to install the on-lite software. Where is it? I don't have my CD any more so I sure hope it's not on that! If it's not on the device (why wouldn't it be?), then how do I get past this problem?

There's nothing to worry about... Just follow the instructions posted here (http://eng.iaudio.com/zeroboard/zboard.php?id=B02&page=1&sn1=&divpage=1&bmenu=b&category=3&sn=off&ss=on&sc=on&select_arrange=headnum&bmenu=b&desc=asc&no=26&bmenu=b) and the serial number will be sent to you!
