Don't know if My broadcast Can be heard

I am new to broadcasting and was wondering if my broadcast was be received, or is capable of being received. I set up port forwarding and all on my router. Some people claim they could not get it and another said they could get bits and peices (they were on a dial up connection). Could someone check I am listed as RadioDevil.
