Although I can store a full 2 GB worth of music in the device memory, the iAudio 5 firmware/OS seems to be unable to address the last 260 MB of memory.

I can copy MP3 files to the device up to the 2 GB limit and this is readable by Windows via USB 2.0. However, the device itself displays a "No File" error when I try to navigate to folders containing files beyond the boundary (approximately 1788 MB).

Will the next (first) firmware upgrde fix this problem?

Thanks.

The line-in record feature on my new iAudio 5 2GB player does not appear to be working as stated in the User's Guide. When I press REC, the unit goes into Waiting mode very briefly, but then goes immediately into Recording mode. This happens when there is no input and even when the line-in cable is unplugged.

The User's Guide says the unit should remain in Waiting mode until input is detected. Is this a problem with the hardware or firmware? What can I do to get the problem corrected? I know there is no firmware update yet for the iAudio 5.
