what happendend to jetcast?

is it me or is jetcast down. when i go to jetcast directory nothing is there. then i go to shoutcast to see if i'm on and i'm not. :(

JetCast seems to be down. I can't get any directory info, my web page doesn't load anymore on a listeners machine, and I'm not sure if the built in chat is working either.

Could this have something to do with the cowonamerica.com name switch?

no clue...when i go to shoutcast it says i'm broadcasting, so i don't know!

I got my friend to get the web page I have assigned to JetCast to open when he connects to my station. It was an option in the JetAudio player.

So far I haven't figured out how to get the chat to work. That option is enabled too now.

So indeed at least I am broadcasting!

However, the directory that lists all the stations using JetCast doesn't show up anymore. I wonder if that is what's connected with the chat feature?? I don't know anything about shoutcast.

Broadcasting is the main thing, so that's good. But it is just strange that these problems exist with their sites (a few links are broken) and no one has said anything about a time fram when these pages will be up again.

I am now invisible to ShoutCast info servers. I re-installed DSP and did a sweep of the registry to get any old references out but ... NO GO. Something is really amiss at Cowon. They are trying very hard lately to piss off people. :mad:

Now, although I can log on to the JetCast system, my station marquis at the ShoutCast info server is locked up - for 2 days now. I used to have a few listeners, now I have none. Hey, Cowon, you are ****ing more by the day. Get some help, or get rid of the FREE services. Stop teasing me with something you have NOT delivered on yet. :mad:

None of this crap is working, who ever is running all this bull siht is most likely doing this on purpose to the free version and wants people to pay for the what they will call the New & Better Version which we have to pay for!
