Looks like CowonAmerica is seriously understaffed to handle the flood of holiday orders (and returns).
I have been attempting to contact them for an RMA every since Christmas by e-mail and phone with no luck at all.
A nice product, but if you need to return it, good luck.
At this point, I will try my retailer and see what happens.
I would appreciate an e-mail from an adminstrator helping me connect
