Not sure if this will help, however I highly recommend dBPowerAMPConverter at http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc.htm. After download, go to their Codec Central and get just about any codec known. You will be able to convert everything to/from. Very good stand alone partner for JetAudio. I deleted Windows Media Player and all the others except I went out and got Real Player 8, but do not use it. I tried the Real Alternative, but had trouble with it, so went for Real Player 8. I use only JetAudio Basic, but now with dBPowerAMPConverter I can do it all. Follow the additional Codecs download exactly as indicated in Codec Central. Gosh, there are available Codecs in Codec Central that I have never heard of:)
