Flash Problem

I just got a CW200 for Christmas and love it. Installed the software and had it up and running in minutes. I ripped numerous songs and uploaded them with no problem. I tried adding additional songs on to it and everything seemed to go right. However when I tried to play them, the LCD says no file now. When I connect it to my PC and start JetAudio, it says no flash memory. I only see one possible troubleshooting tip on here... to format the flash. I tried and it says no flash found. I also can't upgrade it. It is running 3.55 firmware. Anyone have any ideas.....

Sounds bad ... try this: (complete reset)

press the menu button then the record button and then the play button, so you are pressing them all at the same time. The player should then turn on and display all icons on the lcd for a short moment. If the complete reset worked, there should be no animated logo on the player (while switching on) and all other settings should have returned to manufacturer default!
Try voice reording something and see if you can play that ...
If this doesn't work, you will proably have to replace your unit - please contact tech support in this case!
