I am not sure what is going on, but my M3 stopped working this morning. I was using it, and went to change to a different song. When the 'wait' screen came up, it got stuck there. So I hit the "Reset" button to unfreeze the unit. It starting working again, and then after about 15 minutes, it turned off on it's own and now it won't turn on.
I have plugged the M3 into the AC charger and it won't turn on, I have also connected it my PC via the USB cable and it still won't turn on nor is it recognized by JetShell. I have tried pressing the reset button again as well, and that is not working either.
One thing I did notice is that the reset button seems to be deeper than it was before. I use a paperclip to hit the reset button, and it seems like I have to push the paperclip in much farther than before. I don't know what that's about, but I thought I would mention it.
I don't think it's the battery because when I turned it on this morning it had three bars out of four.
Does anyone have other suggestions that I might try, or is thing completely pooched now??
