My iaudio XL5 is giving a "HDD Error " message when I switch it on, what can I do?
It's possible the problem is the player's internal hard drive is failing and the player needs service. Try resetting the player and connecting to your PC to see if you can still write to the drive by transferring files to it. If after all that, there are still issues with the player, you may require service. At that point contact Cowon Technical Support for further assistance. Here's the link:
