problem with mpg mpeg ram playing

hello
all
i buy a cowon a2 30gb today
and i copy some movies in that portable when i want play mpeg mpg ram rm movies dome of mpg movies playing but rm and ram and some other mpeg mpg movies show me error : not supported codec
my firmware version is : 1.67e
and
application version is : 1.67e
please help
how i can play this movies ?

It's all covered in the User's Guide. Have you read it?

For formats the A2 won't play, the CD includes a conversion application. Have you tried that? If not, why not?
