Forum FAQ compiled by NeTo & eXity:

How to ask questions:

When having a problem with JetAudio or other programs by JetAudio Inc. please give us detailed information. That means give us your computer specifications (CPU, motherboard, ram, graphics card, sound card, Operationg System, Direct X version and if possible driver versions).
Please also describe all errror messages in detail and all things that are not working propperly.
Please, only post one problem once and not multiple times in different forums. If we have not replied to your thread in a day or two, you may post in it again (don't make a new one though). Posting a thread more than once will only annoy and confuse the people that are trying to help you.
Please refrain from asking posts such as on how to use JetCast. There is a manual and that will help you quite far. If you are still having problems you may consult us then.
Be polite! The people trying to help you are also only humans.
There is no need to write in Caps.

This will greatly help us solve your problems.

eXity: I think this could be later splitted in several threads (like jetaudio faq, jetcast faq, etc.). What i'm going to write below could be forum rules or something. Arrange/Modify as you want.

The rest of forum users: Any suggestions are welcomed. Post any ideas you may have, or comments, etc. for this faq.

jetAudio admins: It would be nice to hear your opinion on this matter, especially in the forum rules.

* Forum Rules:

- Post regarding warez or pornography will be deleted without further advice.
- Insulting comments against any forum member or Cowon products will be deleted or modified accordingly. You can make critics in the way they are meant to be (politely).
- No spamming is allowed in this board.
- Try not to post a problem that is solved or fully covered here on in jetAudio's faqs. If the solutions are at hand, then better!
- Try to check that you post in the correct sub-forum. You can save a lot of work and avoid confusion that way.
- If you don't break the rules aboves then your comment shouldn't be discriminated by any means. Any problems with the moderators or with a forum user should be resolved first in a private way. If that is not possible, try to contact another moderator to assist you. Making a dispute of this kind public must be always the last resource.

Add to NeTo's list:

- Please refrain from posting massive quotes ... This makes the threads overly long and unreadable.
