I'm Alaric and have just purchased a slightly used 20GB X5L. Still learning it and trying to figure things out, such as will the other conversion formats work on the Iaudio unit or just the Jet software.

in order to play video on X5, you MUST use jetAudio to convert your video file to the specific format that is needed by X5.
