Hi there I just downloaded Jet Audio from the world wide web. My dad is trying to use this program to upload songs onto a website. We have AOL and it only allows us to upload up to 16 MB. Unfortunately the song files we have are between 300 MB and up. What can I do to upload the entire file at once? Is that possible with Jet Audio? Or do I need a different program? Thank you!

You can't upload files with JetAudio. You need an FTP program (usually) to upload files to the internet. What you can do though with JetAudio is significatly reduce the size of these files. Use JetAudios "convert feature" to turn these big files (probably wavs) into e.g. ogg files (i recommend something like 128-160 kbit VBR). But you probably won't be able to turn these 300 megs into 16 megs without them sounding shitty.

Anyways, get a good ftp program here - it's free and has no spyware.

Please refer to your AOL customer support pages on how to actually get the files uploaded. I don't use AOL - sorry.

Here a guide for uplaoding files to AOL: http://cherryweb.com/aol.htm

As eXity said, you can use jetAudio to reduce the size of your files, but you can't upload them with jetAudio.
