Hey,
I'm very happy with my M3, however I cannot seem to access the iaudio support forums no matter how many times I reset my password. Anyways...
My M3 which has worked fine for the time I have had it (around 2 years me thinks) but recently the audio crackles and drops out extremely badly when I move even the slightest.
I've read there have been problems with the remote jack that plugs into the unit. The question is, how or where do I go to get it repaired. I am in Australia and can't seem to find any Australian based service centres?
Thanks for your help
