trade cowon a2 for creative zen vision m?

i BOUGHT MY A2 A WEEK AGO on the 3rd day it died, so i went to the foruns looking for anwers and i just found lots of guys like me and lots of other problems. So now i think that buying a2 is buying lots of headakes for a very high price.
Thats why im thinking of exchangig it for the creative zen vision m cuz for what i read may not be so good but its far more reliable, with much less problems.
What do you guys think?

Sorry to hear that... Vision M is too small a screen to watch stuff... if you plan on watching a lot, I'd still give A2 a try... again. I never had issue with mine from the getgo.

Agreed, i have mine over a month now, everything's going smooth.

Maybe u might wanna exchange it to the Zen Vision and not the M version, the M Version ****s, it locks up and has a lot of problems.

While the Vision:M does lock up a lot.... the Vision is just plain horrible. The screen is worse than the Vision:M. I have both... I've even played movies on the Vision:M... the Vision is pretty much worthless. Can't speak for the Vision:W though, but I think I'm done buying Creative gear.

Do not get the Zen Vision... I have had mine for a while now and suddenly something got screwed up with the shut down process. The thing does not even complete shutting down. It just stays locked up until the battery dies when I tell it to shut down. The onyl way to turn it off is to take out the battery. Then every time you turn it you have to wait for it to rebuild the system. Its a pain in the ***. I love my A2 though it has a few features I am still waiting to see in the next firmware upgrades. Try the A2 again... don't go for the Vision. The screen alone is not worth paying for the VIsion after I have had my A2

What about zen vision W. Its a good counterpart for a2. I do not see much failures posted on W where as there are plenty against Zen M about hardisk freezing. my cobrothers new one froze with in hours of purchase.

I wouldn't really go for Vision. I have been using my A2 for almost a year by now without any problems. Many people who did have problems though, reported successful repairs or replacements from Cowon. It's a fact that there have never been a device with no failure history whatsoever. It all about buying the one with the least problems which packs in most perks.

I checked out the Vision:W a couple of days ago at a local retailer.... yuk (screen). I haven't changed my mind about Creative. Glad I own an A2.
