COWON A2 USB Issue

My Cowon is not being properly recognized by my Windows for some reason, This is a screenshot of the problem:

If anyone can help me figure out why its doing this and how to fix it I'd really appreciate it.

First, try removing the hardware listed with yellow exclamation mark. Reboot and try again.

Do you have another USB port to try? If not, another computer? Chances are likely that the USB controller chip on your mobo is not compatible...

Came out a Windows problem, I rebooted and everything worked fine.
