Tool Bar Problem

I installed the JTB to replace the missing Office Shortcut Bar in Office 2003. I am using Windows XP. Everything works great except the Office 2003 Applications. If I try to open any Office 2003 Application from the toolbar nothing happens. I can open any other program, I can open Notepad and Wordpad but not Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher. I have tried to redo the the shortcuts, even dragging them off the desktop where they work, no help the problem persisits. Anybody else have this problem? If so what is the fix? TIA Bill

Check "Execution File Name or Folder" of the button.

Open "Properties" dialog box by click right-mouse button on the button, then enter exact file name (for Word, enter "winword.exe")
