I have seen the IAUDIO advertised as IAUDIO CW200, Cowan IAUDIO CW200, NEOWAVE IAUDIO CW200..They are all the same unit right?

Yep; Cowon CW200 = Neowave CW200

Neowave just distributes some iAUDIOs in the US as far as I know. But the 2 units are completely the same.

I can only recommend you get it real fast, seeing that the MX400 are very good headphones and 256 MB is ideal (IMO).
