View Full Version : Help! my I-audio died on me

Hi Cowon America. I need your help.

I bought an I-Audio U2 from Buydig.com <http://buydig.com/shop/product.aspx?sku=JAU21024BL>
in Jun 2006. I liked it so much that I bought one for my brother in August.

You'll have amazing sound quality and wicked surround sound/ woofer effects.
I also use it for tranfering my mathlab assignments(fortunately, I had backups).

Sadly, the product died on me two days ago, while I was doing a regular transfer using my mac. When I attached it, the disk image popped up on the desktop and then I got an error message saying "device unplugged incorrectly" and then the player wouldn't come on. I do not know what went wrong with it but I do know that I miss it. I've been using the product for 5 months.

Please let me know how to proceed to get this product to you for repairs and diagnostics.

Thanks Koolguy. I actually tried to contact Cowon using phone. e-mailing them required that I register; however, i could not do that without activating the account with cowon support <http://www.cowonamerica.com/support/>.

I later realized that the activation link was sent to my trash folder, which auto-deletes every week. Ah! I think I know why Cowon america was taking so long to reply lol

Anyways, I sent them a ticket and I hope everything goes well.
