View Full Version : JA 6 error reporting not working etc

i was able to install and run JetAudio with no apparent problems.

once running i encountered the following problems

1) Clicking on preferences causes JetAudio to freeze. I can only shut it down using Windows Task Manager.
2) When i open a .ogm file, after the notice about subtitles etc, JetAudio throws up an error report window. when i then try to send the error report, it fails. This is the message i get.

Message did not get sent due to Error Code 15.
The type of a recipient was not MAPI_TO, MAPI_CC, or MAPI_BCC. No message was sent.

I have included with this post the error file generated by JetAudio.

Please help.

Are you running the latest DivXG400? http://www.tac.ee/~prr/videoutils/divxg400.html
Have you tried JetAudio without DivXG400 running and with what results?
What else do you have installed that uses OGM. I think the ogg files shown in your xml error report don't belong to JetAudio, Maybe uninstall or do not load whatever else may have installed ogg files.

As far as the error reporting goes Possibly different settings needed under Preferences/general/ autoupdate/ connection settings. Maybe mail client settings. Guessing since I have been lucky enough not to see an error report from JetAudio of my on. I also have all windows error reporting turned off so if these work together I'm clueless.

Loading preferences freezes: Your registry file looks incomplete compared to mine. Maybe a reinstall is needed.

My best guesses as you can tell.

It seems that your crash was occurred from MMSwitch.ax (Morgan Stream Switcher) DirectShow filter.

Please remove or update MMswitch.ax to latest version, and try again.
