Hi all, as a new member I would like to say that i am very disappointed :( in Cowon's service when registering the product.
I have tried to register on a couple of occasions but have never received a reply giving log in details, etc. I have even requested a new id/password but still no reply...have tried again today :mad: .
Anyone any ideas on how to contact them about this? Any help would be appreciated.
