...no it won't get me a new x5... I bought it online back in Jan, so will have to try and dig out the details of online shop from past emails..
Do you know of anywhere to send it off the top of your head?? Its really quite annoying as only half the screen is cracked, so i can still negotiate my way round viewing the good half, and otherwise - it still works perfectly...

Nope, the only place I know to get them fixed is by Cowon. Your product guarantee card should have details of how to go about contacting them - but try the retailer first.
