Help no connection when plug in usb cable
I have had this mp3 player for 3 days and it worked fine for the first 10 mins then when I unplugged it then went to plug it back in the screen was blank nothing I do works I have uninstalled and re installed the programs . I rang the company that I purchased it from and they said that because I have windows 98se i am going to have problems and that I should come to this site to ask for help or upgrade my windows to xp. I am not very computer savy so if you have any suggestions please do so in dummies language.

Does the iAUDIO4 show up in the windows explorer. You do not actually require jetShell (the Program) to use your iAUDIO.
Try plugging the iAUDIO 4 into a different USB port and try installing the drivers again from the CD.
