Hi everyone!
I've just bought my iAudio X5. It's really cool , much better than my iPod was...The minor thing is, that each time I enter the JetShell serial no., and try to register, it says it's invalid! Why is that??? |

well you might be doing this but make sure you are writing the serial number on the CD sleeve of Jetshell, and not the one on the player. If you are doing this and it doesn't work, then try downloading jetshell from the website, since no serial number is required.

That's right, I've installed JetShell and no serial was required. But I still can't REGISTER my product at iaudio.com!

Oh oh...I need to learn to read better...
And this registering you are reffering too, does it give you JetAudio/jetshell Plus. I've heard that Cowon was giving customers the full version now instead of the simplified version (that some of us "early" customers failed to recieve) -Hope I didn't screw up this post!

Yes, the registration might give you the Plus versions. I have no other idea why would Cowon give us serial number with JetShell, if there's no use of it...

Hey there
I just bought my X5L (which I love too) but can't sign into iaudio.com either...i give the ID on the back of my player and i never get an email confirming my password....has anyone actually managed to sign up successfully???? |

Hi all.
Where / how do you register the product? I have searched the site and all I can find is "Sign Up" at the upper right hand corner. Can't find an actual product registration area. |
