ISa Server 2004 and JetCast Setup.
had to figure this one out for myself. I searched for a hour. Hopefully I included all the search terms. I couldnt get the answer to my question.
Biggest thing for me is it was NOT UDP it was TCP at the JetCast standard port of 9000 That worked well. Basically I put 9000-9010 TCP INBOUND as the primary and 9000-9010 as the Secondary TCP OUTBOUND NO UDP. JUST TCP. Here is how I got JetCast working On a ISA 2004 Server. Create a Protcol Call it something like Streaming Radio (9000) Give it a port range of 9000-9010 TCP INBOUND Secondary Connection 9000-9010 TCP OUTBOUND In the From Tab ANYWHERE In the To Tab put the external (Private IP address of the server that faces your WAN side) requests appear to come from the original client) Under the Networks TAB Select EXTERNAL Everything else is the default. I know the ports are not completely locked down. I might tweak it and put the actual finished config up when I completely figure it out. right now it works. I am happy. Set a primary connection |
