Playback error on the X5

I am getting a strange error on my X5 for music that was downloaded from Rhapsody. The error is "Janus Error: 0x8004c026"
I am not sure what the problem is. The songs were playing back fine for a while and when I went to play them back a little while later the error popped up. I haven't tried to many things to fix it b/c I am not sure what would work.
In addition, I can't get a steady connection to Rhapsody. It drops my player frequently and is very touch and go with downloading music. A little insight would be helpful.
